PhenPath is a web server for the associating phenotypes with molecular functional annotations.
PhenPath includes a database (PhenPathDB)
and a tool (PhenPathTOOL).
You can start browsing the database via PhenPathDB main page
or search for a specific phenotype of interest.
You may insert a set of phenotypes and retrieve the analysis of the shared diseases, genes and functional annotations using PhenPathTOOL.
There is a tutorial that shows an example of PhenPathTOOL usage.
A list of Frequently Asked Question will be available soon.
