eDGAR is a database for collecting and organizing the data on gene/disease relationships as derived from the current versions of OMIM, HUMSAVAR and CLINVAR. eDGAR is free to use and does not require any registration.
For each heterogeneous or polygenic disease,
eDGAR provides information on the relationship among
the proteins encoded by the involved genes, including transcription factors and protein-protein interactions.
For each gene, eDGAR provides the current available annotation.
Please visit the Help page for more information about the usage of eDGAR, or follow the Tutorial to practice with eDGAR.
